What We Collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and billing information. Payment details (card number, CVV) are processed directly by Shopify — we never see or store your raw payment data.

When you browse the site, we may collect standard analytics data such as pages visited, time on site, and referring source. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.

How We Use It

We use your information to fulfill and ship your orders, send order confirmations and tracking updates, and respond to customer service inquiries. We may also send you occasional emails about new products or offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics data helps us understand how the site is being used so we can improve the shopping experience. We don't sell your data to third parties, ever.

Third-Party Services

Our checkout is powered by Shopify, which handles payment processing and order management. Order fulfillment and printing is handled by Printful. Cookies

We use cookies for basic analytics (understanding traffic patterns and popular pages). We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some site functionality.

Your Rights

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it. To make a request, email hello@rowanwild.com with the subject line "Data Request." We'll respond within 30 days.

If you're in the EU or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. The same email address handles those requests.
