Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every RowanWild piece is made to order. Once your order is placed, production takes 5–7 business days. After that, standard US shipping adds another 3–5 business days — so you can expect your order to arrive within 8–12 business days total.

Free shipping on all orders over $75. When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with everything you need to follow it home.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Because each piece is made to order, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. We appreciate your understanding.

To start a return, email hello@rowanwild.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like. This keeps things simple and ensures you get exactly what you're looking for.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Email hello@rowanwild.com with photos of the item and your order number within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, production has begun and we're unable to cancel. If you have a time-sensitive concern, reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
